How long does delivery take?
Parcel will be shipped within 2 working days ( Italian calendar).

Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will be refunded to you. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.

How will I know that Il Mercante di Murano has received my return?
As soon as we receive your return at our warehouse you will receive a notification via email, once the return has been processed you will receive another notification about your refund via email. Please note that the returns process may take up to 30 days but our aim is to process it within 2 days upon receiving it at our warehouse.
Are returns free of charge?
For personal decision returns, shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. In case of breakage or other issues, please contact support before shipping for guidance on next steps.
Product Quality
Each piece is carefully and lovingly handmade. The Murano glass used in the jewelry is made by hand and individually hand-set in the frame when mixed with other materials. Therefore, please be aware that it is likely that there will be inclusions in both the glass and the silver and slight variations in size and shape. There may also be little bubbles or flecks in the glass - this is the nature of the piece and not a manufacturing fault.
As the Murano glass in the collection is not machine-engineered but individually made by hand, no two pieces will be absolutely identical.
